SolPrint XN
SolPrint XN is a browser-based interface for the SolPrint Management Information System. SolPrint XN is designed to allow access via the Internet and Intranet to the main SolPrint database. This is a secure way to allow internal and external users access to pertinent information.
As the product is a collection of web pages they can be customised via style sheets to match your corporate branding; colours and company logos. Likewise, customer access can be branded to display their logo within your branded site.
SolPrint XN works is designed for Microsoft Explorer version 4 or higher. It also works with other popular Windows and Macintosh browsers.
Customer XN
E-commerce is tightly incorporated in SolPrint. With our Customer XN module your clients can enter specifications or orders on your website. This information is integrated seamlessly with SolPrint Estimating where it is held for your review or automatically responds with instant pricing if you desire. It is also an excellent tool for Sales people to send requirements to the estimator.
Prospecting XN
This tool is ideal for internal and external sales staff. It is an instrument used to farm existing accounts and hunt for new clients. When the sales person logs onto the system they are presented with their assigned accounts. They can sort those accounts by Next Contact date, Sales rating, etc. to focus their efforts.

Staff XN
This module provides direct access to production for monitoring jobs in progress and data collection. Furthermore by utilising our integrated Crystal Reports you can define a variety of production reports to suit your needs. This screen shows all active jobs in the plant.
Supplier XN
This module is utilized for Broking operations. When using SolPrint Broking Estimating you can invite suppliers to tender for any type of process. When you implement this tool each supplier will see what’s requested of them and can enter prices for your automated review.
When the supplier logs on to their secure site they will see all open tender requests for them and can alternatively review quoted jobs as well as maintain their account.

Production XN
For those who don’t need “What if” analysis and capacity planning, XN offers drag and drop based machine loadings. This electronic “Work To” list can be easily manipulated and the job details passed to the production equipment utilising JDF technology. This browser based production list is live and available for anyone in your organization to view and monitor. Real time data tracked directly with JMF provides accurate costing and job progress information.
